I liked my room and enjoyed the screened in balcony. I had no issues checking in. The staff was nice and professional. The property is large but they offer golf cart service, which is nice. It's convenient to everything...SeaWorld, shopping, places to eat. They have 2 pools but the areas were never over populated.

This hotel is right in the heart of everything, but also is secluded and gives a private, quiet ambiance. The room was clean and cozy and the screened in balcony is a great, convenient feature!

The check- in process to check- out to the pool staff to the prompt text service they had everyone was so friendly. We loved the room we stayed in. It was spacious and clean. Although not a huge dining option, throw area was booming with places to eat, places to go buy groceries, and everything else in between.
