The hotel definitely can do some touch ups and deep cleaning. The amenities are very nice, the down stairs bar is cool. Food was decent. We stayed two nights had almost a $250 bill between the parking and resort fees. I hate that itā€™s not included in the cost.

This resort has become my prefer stay when Iā€™m in Orlando. Walking distance to Disney Springs, very quiet at all times, the food options are amazing in the Letterpress restaurant. The Pool area was perfect for the stay with bar/food option within the area. Lazy River was the perfect length and depth. The pool was heated so it made it just right to stay in all day during colder days. Customer service was great with professional staff and the front desk made checking in and out very quick. Will stay here again in the future.

Al llegar en el chek in le daban botellas de agua a todos a nosotros no .Muy pica o ninguna orientaciĆ³n.Despues muy mal rato en la noche pir una alarma de abandonar el edificio que no resulto en nada y me mantuvo c9n TAQUICARDIA toda la noche

Parking was a little confusing. Map provided was also confusing. Room Curtain was stained and floor was dirty. Sheets also dirty. Lamp was broken. Pool weā€™re AMAZING AND HEATED ( we had a 70 degree day) restaurant outside was delicious.

I was able to be able to walk to shops. The property had lots of fun things to do around it. The breakfast was amazing and staff were very friendly and helpful.

Poor cleaned room
Staff was nice, hotel was accommodating, however, the room was way too dirty, the carpet was disgusting, there was hair in the tub/shower, dust all over the floor baseboards and both bedframes were also not cleaned at all.

The check in was quick, easy, and staff was extremely friendly! The room was very spacious, the balcony was a favorite place to be. The Sunnies lounge staff was, again, very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable with ample pillows, always a plus. It is a new favorite place to stay in the Disney Springs area.

Not the cleanest facility. The bathroom floors and corners were dirty in our room. The ceiling fan in the room had a layer of dust on it. The chargers in the nightstand did not work, we mentioned it to the concierge and never heard back. The toilet whistles when flushed. The hanging decor in the middle of the hotel was covered in dust which was super visible from each floor. Probably would not stay here again.
