We choose this hotel 95% of the time we are in Orlando, and once in a while, this hotel is our only destination. The lazy river is amazing, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the food is delicious, too! We love the breakfast options at Citricos - breakfast bowl is always a hit!

Our stay was very enjoyable. The hotel itself was very nice. Very Central looking to everything we were looking to do. Staff was very friendly. Had a good time. The only thing I would like to change it was a little awkward to be asked every day at school by a gentleman or lady if we wanted to sign up for the Hilton on one clubs. They were friendly enough and after politely saying No thank you they did not pursue. But not what I'm looking for when I'm sitting at the phone trying to relax with friends and family on vacation.

No one helped with luggage and rugs were full of hair and had not been vacuumed for who knows how long. The manager gave us a luggage cart and we had to get and push up our luggage ourselves. We had three small kids who were sleeping and we had to wake them up due to having to push all the luggage.

An excellent and affordable accommodation for those looking for a disney stay without the price tag. Great shuttle services to Disney parks and runs on time to the minute, walking distance to the incredible Disney springs with lots of dining options and guest laundry if you want to catch up on washing. If you want a break from the parks the lazy lagoon and pool was great for a break and excellent for young children to play. Only downside was the rooms were a little outdated and our bathroom vanity had no where to even place our toiletry bag. A small problem but the convenience and amenities is a win.

We really enjoyed our stay. The views were amazing and so close to everything. The shuttle to the parks was very convenient as well. They also accommodated our family, giving us rooms close together and on a high floor. Would recommend and stay here again.

This is my second time staying at this property. I really don’t have anything but good things to say. The hotel is walking distance to the springs. The hotel has great dining options “letter press” is great. The take out cafe room is open until very late. The bartenders in the front and at the beach bar are so great. Friendly and make awesome drinks! The rooms are a good size and comfortable. The pool area is big and our favorite part is the lazy river. Transportation every hour to the Disney parks. If i needed something i would text the front desk and they would be on it almost instantly. Great stay!!!

We requested a joining room and did not have that. 1025 was near your workroom and during my granddaughters naps the doors were being slammed a lot. When we entered the room the balcony door was unlocked and we could not lock it and had to call twice for help. This was the first time I've ever paid for parking. Just not what I expected.
