The doors were unsecured—anyone from the outside could open them without a keycard. The evening staff that received us was unhelpful when we explained habituation. The hotel advertised services that have been discontinued 6 months ago. Ultimately we decided we needed to leave for our safety after the security concerned was not addressed. The evening staff made it challenging to do so. It took us nearly 3 hours with customer service and hotel staff to get a refund. Overall they seemed disorganized and unequipped to take care of guests.

Nothing fancy, just a nice room and comfy bed. Parking was plenty, beds were nice, room was spacious. The only complaint we had is the room smelled like they sprayed a ton of cleaner inside it.
