When I arrived a lady checked me in quickly and told me breakfast is from 7:30-9:30 am. Then told me where the room and that was it. I left the in to come back later that night, only to discover that there wasn’t any hot water for a shower. Went down in a he morning to inform them and left again, only to return that night to cold water again. So I went back down again, only to be told that I would have to wait until in the morning for maintenance. By this point I was so exhausted I told them that it was unacceptable, when I reported this to the front desk from 7:30 am that morning. I tried another room still no hot water, to add insult to injury they had reaches crawling all over the tub and toilet in the second room I check. So I just went back to my original room because it was obvious that no one inspected the rooms before I check in. There was a man hole cap in the bathroom that kept dropping off the wall every time I open the door to the room. Their washers don’t ring out the clothing properly and the dryer doesn’t work after try for 3 hours to dry one load of clothes. I had to resort to a coin laundry mart 22km away to get my clothing dry. There was no toilet paper in the room when I returned to the room on first day. I had to do down stairs to collect some from the first floor. Went to the front seat to pickup my package on the night before checking out, and then they told me that I had to pay $10 per package, which I was not informed of upon arrival. There is more

Be prepared for poor service
First off, when I was calling the hotel from the airport they would not answered the phone. I called 5 different times. When someone did answer the phone, they told me the van only comes to pick up once every hour. When my husband and I arrived at the hotel. People were in line waiting for a front desk clark to show up. I decided to call the front desk again to see if anyone would show up to answer it and the phone never rung on their end, so they must have taken it off the hook. It took 30 minutes for someone to show up. When my husband and I got into the room, it was freezing and we tried to warm it up but the heater didn't work. I asked to be moved to another room and the Clark told me all the rooms are the same and he can just give me another blanket.

There were cats that they catered to who walked around the hotel and even in. The water didn’t work well, bed spreads were stained and the refreshments weren’t good at selection.

The room accommodation was very dirty. Vent in bathroom moldy, no wash cloths to use. Had to use a towel. The bed was on a rusty platform. The room was like a prison cell. Pillow was dirty and had dust mite balls in it. We slept on our t-shirts. We will never ever stay there again or reccomend. The front dest was very pleasant but after that, horribke. Thank God it was just for a few ours to catch a plane out.

Not nice
The room was not clean or stocked. There was trash stuffed in the spot that was designated for tissues. Upon check in the guy said maybe two words. When we checked out the lady at the desk was nice. I did not see any bugs and our bedding appeared to be clean. It was almost out of toilet paper. The TV did not work at all, but we were only staying overnight for an early flight so we just went to sleep early.

When you get in your hotel room at night it’s very noisy. The bathroom towels are very dingy, there is a lot of dirt by the ac and window and the bathroom are so small.

We checked out ASAP in the morning after the 1st night. The room was terrible, with mold on almost all surfaces, including headboards, mattresses, and window coverings. The exterior wall/door was paper thin. It sounded like the airplanes were beside us. The room phone was not working. Bugs in the bathroom. Absolutely terrible. We did not sleep well. I had a headache from the mold smell. We felt so removed from food. The entire circumference was highways so we couldn't get to anything. When we checked out early they told us they would be charging us $60 for early checkout. There was no manager on duty until 10:00am so we asked for a call and they never did call. Staff was friendly, but not helpful in this scenario. Pictures do not reflect the state of the room we were in.
