We stayed at the Melia Orlando from January 8th-January 14th. We had the most amazing experience at the property. The check-in was easy and all staff were so kind and pleasant. We opted for "speciality packages" as it was a birthday celebration. We had a wonderful King suite room with welcome Champagne. Our room overlooked the pool which was very nice. The room was very spacious and clean. The Wilson was fantastic for breakfast each morning. We loved the happy hour. We will definitely come back to this resort. Thank you to all the staff who made it a fantastic experience.

This was truly a great stay, wonderful staff and great layout of the property made it easy to walk around. The pool area is nice and well accompanied with fun things to do. There was even mini golf and a hot tub! Pet/ESA Friendly: my service dog had a better vacation than we did! Dinner menu just for dogs, plenty of space to walk him and even an illuminated dog park!

I like that the location was accessible and easy to find. I was expecting more since i has stayed at the Melia in DR. The place needs to be updated the room had smell and looked clean until i dropped something that fell behind the nightstand. I was disgustingly dirty this happened while getting ready to check out. Disappointed.

From the outside, the hotel is beautiful. Our room was alittle outdated and not the cleanest. The room was spacious and had a kitchenette, however, paper towels, dish soap, kitchen towels or a sponge were provided. I asked the front desk for some of these items. I thought maybe the cleaning staff forgot to put them in the room. I was told that guests were stealing these items and now they are not provided. I also did not like the resort fees. I did not use any amenities and I feel like I shouldnt have been charged.
