Room was very nice and clean. Really quiet at night. Parking situation is not very pleasant. Staff are very friendly. Would stay again next time I come to Orlando.

Good location near The Plaza Live but......
The hotel is in a very good location if you are planning an overnight stay near The Plaza Live for an event. The hotel property is right down the street from the venue. However, the bed in the king room was uncomfortable and the pillows were flat. The refrigerator was not fresh (bring baking soda). A lot of late night street noise as well. Too bad because the hotel is really nice besides the aforementioned issues.

Love the location of the property. There seems to be a homeless crisis downtown Orlando. But the hotel is amazing.

Everything about the stay was great. Service, cleanliness, amenities, etc. all fantastic. The only downside of the stay was that one of the 3 elevators was out of order and it was a big event weekend so during busy times of the day going up and down the floors would take up to 20 minutes. I would still at the hotel again next time I’m in downtown Orlando.

This is our second stay here and we enjoyed the 2 days we were there. The room was clean and quiet. Is to get to and located near lots of places to eat and shop. Also only a short walk to Lake Eola to walk or run the path around the lake. We will stay here again if ever in the area again.
