I loved everything about this place and so did my kids, when we left they kept saying they want to go to their 2 home. Name fits it so well. A great comfortable sleep. Didn’t get a chance to get breakfast because we had a very early morning. But definitely will stay here again!

Fantastic rooms- clean, spacious, everything you need!! Amazing. The pool, gym and laundry are good. The breakfast is woeful- think disposable plates and cutlery, with DIY toast and hard boiled eggs. Pass. Prepare to be harassed by homeless and drunk youth at all hours of the day. Walking in the CBD is a shock and does not feel safe, as warned by the staff.

This hotel was very clean and offered complementary breakfast. Though they only offer valet parking which is $35 PER day. There were some hidden fees I was not aware about as well. It costed me over $300 extra than what I originally booked for.

This property was an oasis in the downtown Orlando area. The location not only made it walkable, it was very drivable to other restaurants and shopping. The location was close to highways and the interstate as well. The valet (the only parking option) was well run and staffed. The daily continental breakfast was delicious and had unique items. Waffles, bagels, breakfast sandwiches and unique beverages were appreciated. The breakfast area was kept spotless. Reena was a delight at the daily breakfast. Her interaction with guests and desire to please was greatly appreciated. The multiple seating areas were available to use as a work station when not used for breakfast. Access to a great outdoor deck was also available to guests. A rooftop workout area and pool was a welcome amenity. The laundry was also on the top floor. It was great to be able to sit poolside or workout while laundry is being completed. The views were stellar. After our second day as a guest, we received daily inquiries to our comfort level and needs. The staff was very, very accommodating and friendly. The room we occupied did have some wear and tear; things that would be very easily corrected, i.e. a split in the ottoman and and office chair with the seat lifting. These items should be corrected when considering the daily room rate. While friendly and accommodating, neither the staff nor the valet seemed very familiar with the area. The could not (or would not) identify streets or directions.

My wife went into a full seizure and they laughed
I will say the level of professionalism, probably at majority of the Hilton goes by the look of a person. It looks as if they determine how they’re going to treat someone by the financial state one is.. they have absolutely no education and de-escalating situations, they do not care whether they lose a guest or two or even three. The well-being of the guest is the least in the priority. After suffering a seizure due to the front desk situation the employees decide to laugh versus, take it serious . However, the staff especially the morning staff that works the breakfast in the morning were extremely professional and kind. There was one employee that I will recognize that went above and beyond, and I will say she needs to find another job at another hotel, where she will be appreciated and compensated accordingly. Her name is Reena. Instead of being concerned about the situation at hand upper management at the property, decides to be even more unprofessional and treat me as a guest like a criminal. They show absolutely no signs of sympathy absolutely no empathy towards anyone unless they are a certain type of social class. Hotel management rate zero, severe training in customer service and how to deal in de-escalation, Front desk, severe training, professionalism, customer service, customer, de-escalation. Front desk rate zero. Housekeeping understaffed for facility

Very Comfortable Stay
The room was very clean and had plenty of towels. It was very quiet except for one night of noise from a party next door that woke me up from 2-4 am. I will definitely use the hotel again soon! Thanks
