There was a family of cockroaches in one of our rooms. When we told the front desk they said that had never happened before. And I asked to speak to the hotel manager. They said there is no manager on Sundays, which is horrible for any customer service. So we had to check out and the front desk said they would call me on Monday

Altamonte Springs stay.

Staff was friendly, room was clean. Bedding and pillows were great. Enjoyed the new Zero soap and other products. Breakfast was good with hot options available.

I love my room. However, the booking experience on Expedia was bad. Expedia only booked me for 1 night when I requested 2. Couldn’t find a way to change it on app once I arrived and couldn’t find a phone # to talk to someone. Had to book another night with front desk and thankfully one was available.
