I was expecting to be put in a subpar room. However Disney treated us like we had booked through them and gave us all the amenities you get when you stay at a Disney resort. The pool was amazing and the resort was beautiful.

Incredible stay as usual. First time booking with hotels.com and it was seamless. If you’d like to sync your reservation through your my Disney experience app just reach out to a cast member (the chat on Disney website works). I’ll always recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Clean comfortable and lovely staff. Let’s not forget the smell! So good!

I was supposed to stay at the main tower and the staff didn’t assign the room properly , I ended up at The “casitas” are in terrible condition , old , dirty and limited space rooms.

I stayed 2 days at Drury Hotel with free breakfast and dinner. I then stayed at at a Disney Hotel for the last few days where they tried nickel and dimming me at every turn. Disney has lost its magic since I was a kid. Fire Iger and his DEI hires.

Great stay, the pool area was very nice. They were able to accommodate a late checkout. The Casitas were comfortable though felt a little dated. And dining options were available but nothing after 11:00pm which is very inconvenient if you fly in late or are hungry after a long day out, especially since the parks also close at 11:00.
