Places is very nice. Just the room was a little small . But it have a great breakfast buffet and a nice lobby area. Pool is nice as well. You have so many choice for shopping and dinning around the hotel.

The complementary breakfast is not good at all -C, the carpets in the room are very worn and smell a bit a humidity, the shower faucet did not even work properly, the view was spectacular and I liked that it can sleep 6 people with separate doors.

To be honest we were expecting a little bit more from this property. It felt more like a glorified motel than a resort. Most of the staff was nice but it didn’t seem like there were many there to help. The breakfast was very subpar and unorganized. It was the main reason we decided to book this place and we were very disappointed. The hot portion of the breakfast was disappointing. All they had was some very rubbery hard boiled eggs and small pancakes. We had to wait forever for the pancakes. Also some of the breakfast ran out before the end time and we were told that that’s all there was. Other places that cost way less have more of a spread. Some of the areas of the hotel were closed to certain guest, which was not explained. I would definitely not stay here again for the price we paid.

It was the worst stay we’ve ever had. Don’t be fooled by the reception area. Rooms dated, dusty and carpets stained. Heater threw off dust which made my kids cough at night. Upgraded to the newer building at our own cost and that heater leaked with wet the carpet. Finally moved to another room which was fine but carpets looked dirty and furniture dusty. Decided to leave early and hotel manager refused to refund the cost for that day. Do not stay here.

This was our second time staying here. First time was perfect, this time we got a room with lots of issues. The water wouldn't drain in the bathtub and our heater wouldn't work. They did send someone up very quickly that fixed the tub and brought us a portable heater, so we were satisfied overall! When we finally had time to watch tv we realized the remote didn't work, but it was the end of our stay so we just didn't worry about it. Overall the staff was very kind and helpful and the place was a clean, comfortable place to stay for our 4 day trip. Extra points for the hot tub and heated pool!

The team were exceptional front desk team member Deborah was so helpful and polite. We had a pleasant encounter with the day manager and she too was professional and helpful. The rooms could use upgrades especially the outlets. The refrigerator in room was not working properly and froze our items. We were in room 804. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

Location is good. Not all number buttons on the safe worked. Heater in room didn't appear to work. It was pretty cold outside during our stay. Free breakfast was poor, mostly bread.

The hotel was very conveniently located. The hotel was spacious. The hotel had very nice views. The hotel was also very clean. And a jacuzzi is such a plus! The lobby is very beautiful. A very nice gentleman checked us in. The negatives are, the breakfast was a two out of ten. Cereal choices, horrible. At least have one choice that appeals to children. Pancakes, bland. Eggs, bland and probably fake. The waffles, bland as well. I wouldn't even consider whatever that was a breakfast. Just stop advertising for it. The room accommodations, extremely outdated. Old furniture. Old carpet. Bathroom tile has probably been there since Mr. Walt Disney was with us. And who in 2024 has a TV that is not HD? POOR quality television. And a 10-inch at that. My laptop screen is probably bigger. Got into the room, and the air was on 76! I understand preserving energy, but if you know you have guests arriving, why not TURN IT DOWN, so we don't walk into a HOT room?? Even if you turn it down immediately, you are uncomfortable for QUITE SOME TIME. Unacceptable. Also, why was there no ICE?! All vending machines, out of order. It's Florida! It's HOT! Unacceptable! And last, a charge for the gym??! Never heard of such a thing for guests to now have to pay for accommodations that should be provided, as advertised! Clean but please update certain aspects of the hotel.

The structure and all of its furnishings are old. The towels were thin and raggedy. The carpet looked dirty and if you book in the south tower you can not use the fitness center. That was not stipulated in the reservation.
