Hotel was ok with amenities but unfortunately I was given a first floor right in front of where housekeepers work and there was noise outside at 8 a.m. I wanted to sleep more. Pillows were uncomfortable I woke up with a headache. Other than that would've been nice to have complementary breakfast but wasn't the case.

There were roaches in our first room so they switched us to a different one and then the sheets in the second one were filthy in multiple places. It also says it’s a 9 minute walk to Universal but it’s a mile and a half away so definitely not 9 minutes. The staff was friendly but the place did not feel safe for my friend and I and we will definitely not be back.

There is tape on the foots, very concerning and the temperature was 60 degrees the entire time with no way oh changing it. Be aware the shuttle leaves on time! I would not stay again but it served its purpose.

The WiFi is horrible. We did a speed test and there is minimal upload and download speed available. The safe does not work. The door entrance buckles when you close it, so you have to make sure your door is secure. All the buildings around are empty and abandoned besides one from what we can see.
