Perfect!

In Naples for a football tournament all week… This was the perfect place to stay for the boys to unwind at the pool after games and practice. We were very comfortable.

Very nice home

We were very satisfied with the location of this home. It was close to all amenities. The outdoor sitting area with TV and pool were great. Very well equipment and stocked with everything we needed. Nice home and comfortable for our group of 5 adults.

Amazing outdoor space

We loved our stay! The home was clean, spacious, updated, and well located. Most of our time was spent outside on the private, screened-in lanai (with a 65” TV!) and in the heated pool. Vanderbilt Beach and the state park were a short drive away, as were numerous restaurants and shops. Brian was an amazing manager, replying to all inquiries quickly and professionally. We were sad to discover that the house is not available for the same time next year!

Great location

The house was spot on from the pictures and when we needed to reach the concierge they immediately replied. Nice for walkers, short walk to the beach and just a few restaurants but the location was central to many areas. We will definitely be back.

Our best vacation

This house was great!! All the comforts of home and the house was very clean. Very close to the quiet state park beach which was great. The pool and Lanai area with tv was great for relaxing. We will definitely search this place again.

Going Back

What a beautiful cozy home away from home. This newly remodeled home was the perfect 4day get away for my family and friends. We wanted to get away from the hustle and bustle of Miami to relax and this home gave us just that. From the friendly and professionalism of the property manager Maegan to the one request I had and she was able to take care of it all by remote access. The backyard pool area was the icing on the cake. Once the two kids saw the waterfalls they were in awe! The house itself is a newly remodeled home that any family can enjoy. I promise you Maegan we will be back again year after year.

comfortable place

My wife and I stayed here for 3 weeks and found the house comfortable and well cared for. The bed and furniture were very good. The kitchen had most things a vacationer would want. The pool, yard and house were clean and management responsive. We had a minor refrigerator problem that was quickly and conveniently fixed. The walk to the beach was reasonable for a walker and the shopping was convenient by car, or an energetic walker. The neighborhood wasn't the most attractive but it was quiet and safe.

Very nice.

We enjoyed this home very much and would stay again. The proximity to the beach and everything is great. We walked one morning to the beach as well as drove to the Ritz Carlton for dinner . Proximity to Whole Foods was great. Love the coastal theme of the home. Everything was comfortable and cozy as well as clean. Just had one issue with the coffee maker and recommended they replace it with a new one. Otherwise we highly recommend this home .

We didn't want to leave...

My husband and I booked this house for a week to celebrate our Anniversary -- what a great decision -- what a great find this house was! Everything pictured in the listing is accurate -- the house is clean, beautifully decorated, and has all you need to feel at home and away on vacation! The outside pool area is wonderful -- we spent the majority of our time out there -- either in the pool or at night watching TV in the outside lounge area. There are three huge TV's in the house -- which was great -- especially since there is a full cable package - including all the sports stations that my husband and I are addicted to. :) The pool was so awesome we found it hard to pack up and go to the beach -- but when we did.....WOW. For a $6 entry/parking fee, the Delnor-Wiggins Pass State park is a steal. We picked the perfect week to visit, as we practically had the place to ourselves. Beautiful white sand, clear water, and no motor boats or jet skis around. It was fabulous! The house is close to everything -- the beach, grocery stores and plenty of restaurants. We are golfers, so we played 5 times during our stay -- golf in the morning and pool time in the afternoon was the ideal way for us to spend our vacation. The communication with the property manager (Florencia) was great -- never had a question that wasn't addressed promptly. The only problem with our stay was that it had to end!! We Will be Back!!

Wonderful family vacation!

We absolutely loved this house and the location. There were 5 of us - two adults and 3 young kids (7, 5 and nearly 2). The pictures show the house accurately. We spent tons of time in the back area swimming in the beautiful, warm pool and watching outdoor movies while having breakfast, lunches and some dinners. The house is stocked with everything you need - toilet paper, laundry detergent, hand soap, dish soap, salt, pepper - all of the things you need but don't want to buy for a week. Plenty of beach towels, a cooler, beach wagon, beach toys, pool toys, etc. The beds were very comfortable, the water pressure was perfect in both showers, the bedrooms were far apart enough to give everyone space and the bedroom doors, when closed, provided nice privacy. Our youngest takes naps and we were able to cook, swim and hang out without disturbing her. We cooked most breakfasts and lunches at the house and then enjoyed dinner out at local restaurants, which are super close. Vanderbilt beach and Dell Wiggins are literally each a 5-minute drive away. The only negative was that the beaches around us had red tide during the later part of our vacation so thank goodness for the pool! What a perfect place and trip - we'd definitely stay here again!
