The hotel was great. But I hate the resort fee. It really is just a scam to lower the price of the hotel but bang u over the head with just ridiculous $$$$. Stop this it’s embarrassing. Its so expensive today and it is all hotels

The property itself is a little dated but very clean and housekeeping keeps it that way and is very kind and will come quickly. We did not like the extra fees added on but who don’t for a resort and all you get is access to a pool and ocean in those fees it’s even an ext $50 a day for valet on top of all that then you have to tip the staff too.

Had a wonderful time at Trump hotel, family friendly and clean. It has 2 big pools and a private beach, all you need to relax and enjoy quality time with your family.

Needs Update

I recently stayed at the Trump Hotel in Sunny Isles, and unfortunately, my experience was not what I expected. One of the biggest issues I encountered was the shower in my bathroom. The water pressure was incredibly low, making it difficult to get a decent rinse. To make matters worse, the water never got hot—only lukewarm at best. I reported the issue to the staff, but unfortunately, it was never resolved during my stay. This lack of hot water and poor pressure made my experience quite uncomfortable, especially since I had hoped for a more luxurious stay at a hotel of this caliber. While the hotel has great amenities and a beautiful location, the basics like a functional shower are crucial for a pleasant experience. I left feeling quite disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless they address these maintenance issues.

Unimpressed.

Not impressed. The hotel needs some upkeep. My Room was dingy and needed a wipe down, bathroom was dirty, clearly wasn’t cleaned between guests just straightened. Fixtures were rusting, furniture was scratched up, bedding was basically thick sheets. I had late checkout and housekeeping came in 3x without knocking even with the dnd sign on the door. They left off half my breakfast order and said it would be another 30’min for the rest. The only reason it wasn’t completely awful was bc the staff was all very friendly and the beach is very nice.
