The kids club, the entire reason we booked with this hotel, was closed for renovations but no one knew that. We had services with the spa and found out the day before that the kids club was closed and the spa didn’t know, the front desk didn’t know they were closed! We had to hire a sitter at our own expense! All the restaurants were closed except one for breakfast. The staff was friendly but no one was talking to anyone so no one knew what was going on! It was an all around terrible vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable, there was a small "kitchen" area. Close to restaurants and shops. Great beach! We really enjoyed the complimentary chairs/umbrellas/tables each day. Staff was great. Belinda at Gili's Beach Club was an amazing waitress.

We are from Venice Florida and we were evaluating from Hurricane Milton. The hotel put themselves on "welcome evacuees" alert. They opened a hospitality room for us and a welcome that almost felt like a hug and " you are okay now, we got you" feeling. Also, prices were fair

This is unbelievable! This is my first negative review unfortunately. We were supposed to stay at this hotel from Thursday, October 10 to Sunday, October 13, 2024. It so happened that Hurricane Milton passed through Miami on these dates. All flights were cancelled and we could not fly to Miami. Even though our booking was non-refundable, Frontier returned all the money for the tickets. For which we are very grateful! However, they refused to return our money for the hotel! I am sure that the hotel was half empty on these dates, which suggests they just made money on the hurricane! We are regularly stop and stay at this hotel several times a year. No one even took into consideration these circumstances that happened. This is very offensive, since we couldn’t get to the hotel due to the weather. My family will never stay at this hotel again!
