The woman at the front desk (forearm tattoo), who remains nameless because she did not introduce herself because she was busy on her cell phone, was unpleasant and seemed bothered by my check-in. Cons: -Phone did not work to call desk -no ouletts by bed -loud AC next to room and very thin walls -terrible staff attitude

This hotel is in a good location. Overall pretty happy with the room and breakfast is very good. The front staff did get into a disagreement with other guests in front of me about a resort fee that they tack on ($20/day), but it wasn't disclosed on my Expedia reservation and was not charged to me. The main problem is that they say they have parking at $15/day, but they have less than a dozen spots. They then say you can just park at a city lot behind the hotel at just over $10/3hours, but the max is 3 hours before you are forced to move - wasted a couple of my hours on a single night stay first trying to find a spot as the lot was full, then having to move repeatedly; they know this is an issue because they make you sign a waiver upon arrival that they are not responsible for any parking fines you get, but they don't disclose their lack of ability to meet the needs of the number of guest rooms they have. I find this dishonest and so would recommend staying elsewhere

Nice and cozy. Was having technical issues so we didn’t get room cards initially, the employee gat it to us the next morning. Walls in the hotel are thin you can hear everything going on outside of your room. Great neighborhood and surroundings.

A perfect weekend get a way .
This is a charming, characteristic 1950’s type Miami , small hotel in beautiful Bal Harbor. Next door is the excellent Palm Restaurant. Everything is walkable, the shops, the beach lots of eateries. The hotel is very clean and the staff are kind and courteous. Highly recommend.

We have stayed here before and it was great however this visit resulted in a few issues. Great location. Property needs some repair and updates. Floors are weak in hallway, doors don’t close properly, the toilet in our room leaked and the bathroom showed signs of mold. Remotes (2) for the TV didn’t work properly. Very weak internet reception. Definitely not the same experience as last time.

My partner and I had a lovely stay at the Landon Bay Habour. No amenities (pool, gym, access to places etc) but was perfect for our needs - light breakfast, clean and comfortable room, close to the beach and friends, and friendly staff. (For those who drink wine, theres a wine happy hour!)

The hotel seems ok, but there was a drainage odor inside, also, they charged me some extra fees that were not disclosed in the reservation. They simply said "if it was not in the fine print, is because we recently changed our contract with the booking agency".
