Some staff were great, others dismissive. Minimal amenities, and hotel air is perfumed to an extent that was a bit much for me. Location is terrific.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with anything we asked from them. Unfortunately we were not aware that there is no elevator and having booked this hotel stay due to having a surgery & needing to be close to the surgery center we were very disappointed that we were unaware of no elevator. Having to climb steps after a procedure was painful & irritating to say the least. Also, we were unaware that there was no microwave in the room which was a real bummer! Inside the tiny room where the “continental breakfast” was served the floor is ready to cave in! Walking on it literally bows in the floor & it’s just a matter of time before someone falls through it! Scary! If you’re wanting to rest just forget it. The loud construction going on around the building starts at 6am sharp! The rooms cleanliness was sub par with someone else’s hair on the toilet seat. Yuck! The duvet on the bed was dirty, and we questioned if the sheets on the bed were even clean. I don’t recommend walking on the carpet, barefoot my brand new white socks were stained from the carpet and I had to throw them away. Since there was no refund available, we had to stick it out and stay two nights here. All in all this turned out to be a 2 star hotel in a 5 star location. Never again!

Everything was wonderful except the floor has dips in it, like potholes that are covered in flooring. Very odd. But it looked nice, the breakfast was good, the happy hour flowing happily.

Definitely will return. Comfortable and great price. The only thing I had a problem with is no one is taking care of the continental breakfast area. I found myself restocking napkins, coffee, pods, cleaning the counter and table where coffee had spilled. Bagel slicer had a stuck bagel I had to remove…..

The property and location was great. Staff was extremely friendly and lots to do in the area. I would recommend they change the carpets and repair the holes in the hallway floors and elaborate a bit on their continental breakfast, but all in all it was a great place to stay.

The woman at the front desk (forearm tattoo), who remains nameless because she did not introduce herself because she was busy on her cell phone, was unpleasant and seemed bothered by my check-in. Cons: -Phone did not work to call desk -no ouletts by bed -loud AC next to room and very thin walls -terrible staff attitude
