The bar in the hotel is so loud you can’t get any sleep. Spoke to front desk and unfortunately they don’t know when it shuts down maybe 4am??

Ridiculous resort fees & additional security deposit fees (held my money ransom for the duration of the stay). Pool closes at 8PM, rooms are tiny. No breakfast? better off staying in downtown Miami. Beach is for hanging out for the day only.

Horrible customer service

Horrrible customer service. I was unable to make it to Miami due to Hurricane Helene coming from Augusta Georgia which got hit pretty bad. I informed them that I would not be able to make it and they absolutely refused to work with me. I wasn’t even requesting a refund I was requesting to book for a future stay. Absolutely horrible customer service. Not worth it.
