The staff was great, the property location felt safe. Only small issue was that they seem to be remodeling the apartment above ours and it felt like the ceiling was going to fall on us and the noise was unbearable.

Great stay!

Loved it! The privacy is great. There wasn’t a lot of traffic and the area around the hotel is really cute and calm for Miami!

The only comment I have is that the room I stayed in has only one light to the bathroom, leaving the bright light to disturb someone that may be sleeping. They also have no fans in the bathroom so after showering everything is damp and wet. Otherwise clean and spacious. They have a safe in the room.

I was very very disappointed that I could not go swimming in the freezing cold swimming pool! I booked this hotel because of the lovely pool. I read it was a heated pool! I guess I should not have come this time of the year!
