Clean and comfortable

The room was comfortable and clean. I booked a while ago and I noticed recently that prices elsewhere had gone up quite a bit since I booked so I am happy I got a good price. Close to hotel and cruise port. Only bad thing is that we bought margaritas at the bar downstairs and paid a pretty penny for what was essentially margarita mix and barely any liquor.

Trying to find this hotel is insane using GPS. Something is seriously off. But the hotel once we finally found it was nice. I loved the valet option($38 nightly), bellhop, restaurant option on property, and my favorite room service 😀. They didnt tell us initially but theres a FREE continental breakfast on 10th floor. I paid $50 for breakfast room service because we were not aware that the breakfast was there and FREE. Apparently they have eggs, bacon ect available there. The lounge is open 24 hours and they have a refrigerator thats stocked with water bottles, soda, coffe, & snacks. I enjoyed my stay

With its location and excellent shuttle service, this has become our preferred property when we have an overnight stay at Miami before a morning flight. The restaurant is also very good.

I flew to Miami from Australia, so I stayed at the Sheraton for two nights to recover from Jet Lag, before heading down to Key West. Might flight arrived very late. I booked the hotel because it offered a complementary shuttle service. The pick-up location was not clearly marked, but the shuttle did eventually arrive. The driver was courteous and helpful. The rooms are heavily warn, outdated, and dimly lit. There was also no beverage fridge in the room which was an inconvenience. Overall, it was a convenient choice, especially if taking the bus down to Key West.

good location from airport, clean, quiet

easy pick up with shuttle, quiet hotel, good workout room, we did not use the pool so not sure condition of that, there was a restaurant on site but we did not use. we stayed one night before a cruise. would stay again.
