The property was OK, the shuttle service they offer to and from the airport is great! The shuttle runs every 15min so the wait was very short, the driver was very nice. The only bad thing is the smell in the room, it smells like old, the walls were painted new but the carpet was old. I would stay again because for one night and close to the airport was great.

Y’all canceled my stay at the Sheraton during the evacuation. Than moved me to another hotel. Where I was unable to reach the front desk by phone. So I did not want to drive all the way there without a confirmation number or anything. I will never use Expedia again. The email I received notifying me didn’t even say it was from Expedia. Just a name. I don’t even know who they worked for.
