I am a critic and can be tough on hotels. However, this place deserves five stars. The parking lot was packed, but it’s all good. I highly recommend this location.

Good hotel. Would stay again. Worst buffet breakfast I ever had and I travel a lot. Not worth 35$ and no even 5$. Perhaps continental breakfast would be better or just coffee at Starbucks

The bathroom should have been cleaner. The walls looked like they needed to be cleaned and there was hair in the shower and on the wall. Other than that, the room was clean and quiet. Customer service was good. Thankful for their airport shuttle and cruise shuttle!

The Pullman is popular as a park and fly hotel for people who want to save money by avoiding expensive airport long term parking rates. Pullman will give park and fly customers awesome nightly parking rates of around $10 a night but then charge their actual hotel guests $30 a night to park their cars. A two night stay in their cheapest room, and spending for one breakfast, one dinner and two nights of parking and I was nearing $600. And I was by myself. The most rediculous thing was when I went to use the shower and the shower head would not spray. Water only came out the tub nozzle. So I had to take a bath instead. When I notified them later in the day their maintanece guy had already left for the day and didn’t show up at my door until the next morning as I was walking out the door to check out. $600 for two nights and I didn’t even get a proper shower. And the $30 you have to pay in parking does not have any valet service at all (you park it yourself) and the lot is torn up, uneven asphalt by tree roots, and the trees drop leaves and acorns all over your car leaving it a mess.

My stay at Pullman was lovely! Check in and check out was smoothe. The room was clean and comfortable. The property was soo very beautiful with lots to do. I would stay again.

I didn’t like nothing about this hotel it overrated. The rooms needed to be renovated. They will fool you with the pictures. I was charged more money than I was told. The staff was very rude.
