The worst experience of my life, I have never been in a hotel with such a bad appearance as today. We immediately requested a refund, but it was denied. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Gross and overpriced. You're better off at a motel

The facilities and rooms are absolutely disgusting, neglected, etc. The microwave was rusted and broken inside and out, and not even plugged in to begin with. The furniture was covered in dust and webs. The towels were all covered in hair. No washcloths or hand towels were provided. The toilet was dirty, had no lid, and a busted seat that falls off. There was only 1 functioning elevator and it was terribly dirty, slow, loud and shaky. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

Dont stay fornyour own good

We dident stay, the hotel is a dump. There where no towells , the bed had a wierd stain and blood stain. And to top it off there was a Cockroaches wolking on the bed so we wnded up not spending the night

When I checked in the staff was very unprofessional. Need to train on proper customer service. Then the I get on the elevator to get to my room and was terrified, I heard a big bang and thought the whole thing was going to fall. Obviously something the facility is ignoring and can potentially be the death of someone some day. The walls in the room are terribly thin, you can hear everything in the next room over. I can go on and on but needless to say, the outside look a lot better than the service you’re paying for. I will not book here again.
