The hotel was very clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We arrived early and they got us into a room as soon as one was available. By today's prices, the price I paid was a good deal compared to others in this area. My biggest complaint is you can't really walk to any restaurants as there are no sidewalks. There are places to eat near the hotel but are across a highway. I leaned a huge lesson on this one. The only restaurant close by was stupidly expensive. We had to use Uber Eats to get a pizza delivered. My only other complaint was the sound of planes taking off was very loud in the room. I have stayed at other hotels near airports but never remember the sound being quite so loud.

The shuttle doesn't run late and the frequency of it is not very accommodating. I got to my room to find the A/C set to 60 and the room was way warmer then that. After a little work from me I was able to get the room cooled by the morning to something in the 70s I would say. Also when i got to my room upon using the bathroom I found dried vomit in the shower. I went to speak to the front desk and all they could offer was do you want a refund after telling them of the 2 major issues. This is at 1130 at night so my hands were tied in that trying to find a room at that hour.

We did not have an airport shuttle available from the airport even though there was supposed to be one. Had to take Uber. The hotel was quick to acknowledge and refund it towards payment of the room. That is really good customer service.

Do not stay here. Hotel is full of roaches. Chaged room and still rosches. In lobby, room, etc. Then was told that we would not be compensated.

Rooms need upgrade , bathroom ceiling about to fall apart, only two towels , 1 wash clothe, 1 hand towel, no vanity soap . Toilet need to be replaced .

This hotel is overpriced for the condition it’s in. The sheets had so many stains the bathroom had hair. The bed was so uncomfortable. I wish there was a way to unbook my stay at this place. I would never recommend going back here and wouldn’t recommend anyone else to stay.
