Not an 8.0+ hotel, just average. Bathroom not entirely cleaned, hair in tub and sink, toilet drained slow or after 2 flushes, vent fan didnt work. Convienent to highway and 2 resturants (McDs and Dennys?) Which you may want cas breakfast is only fruit and toast/bagels. Took an hour to get to stadium during rush hour but only 20-25 to return after 11pm

You have to walk through a dark parking lot to get to the majority of the rooms. The smell of pot was quite strong in the parking lot. We walked to Denny's for dinner. When leaving Denny's, a homeless man was asleep in his sleeping bag on the boulevard. I won't be staying here again.

Had a nice accessible room on ground floor with roomy bathroom. Breakfast was limited- only 2 proteins ( boiled eggs & yogurt) when they weren't out & was crowded if you came later because they have a large number of rooms.

Close to the airport flight path so noisy until about 1100 pm. Noisy neighbors and people walking by the room. Overall the room was comfortable, shower had strong stream.

We chose this property for its free shuttle from airport to hotel. I had called prior to travel and was told to call once we were in the airport. Once we arrived I did as instructed only to be told they don’t have a shuttle and that we needed to take an uber. It cost over $20 which they were not willing to reimburse us for. Very disappointed

The bed was to soft, the shower was broken, mild in the bathroom, there was loud music all night, close to the street and all you here are cars, airplanes fly over most of the day and night, the free breakfast is coffee and toast and it was misleading. I went down and they had nothing rhere.the remote in the room did not work.

Got an early check in which was very nice. Check in was good. The airport shuttle stopped running after 630p. They said there were some issues with the shuttle and shut it down tonight and tomorrow. They apologized. Also, the Internet has been down since check in. So no Internet service. The room was clean. The elevators are very old and a bit scary, but works.
