I enjoyed the spacious rooms (2 bathrooms for a standard 2 double beds room is great) and the rooftop pool. Staff was courteous and helpful Some rooms are starting to be a bit dated and could use a little more love Overall, good experience and walking distance to lots of restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy, coffee shops, etc.

first room smelled so bad from a can of spray to cover up the smell of the room it was unusable, room 2 smelled and 1st night no ac night 2 ac was going off evey 30 min i had to turn it back on the thermostat all night

Awesome euro feel, true rest and relaxation, quiet sophistication. One small complaint- and this is from someone who I already planning her next stay at the hotel. The hallways in the west property are very unpleasant smelling and look dirty and worn. Super unfortunate

Loves the property and especially the staff. Valet group was amazing, great location. We were in the annex across the street and took advantage of the main hotel's offerings. They upgraded us to a massive two room room and only complaint was that the locks for the balcony needed to be secured by maintenance (which they did) , the towels were noticeably old and one of the couches near tv was stained, worn and old but net net rally likes hotel

Hotel was clean and nice but we woken up at 7:00 am to loud banging and sounds of circular saw going full force and it took 20 minutes to find someone to stop the construction from the floor above After complaining all they did was comp my valet fee for one day
