HIghly recommended

If you're looking for a brand new facility, don't stay here. However, this hotel is well maintained, clean, and quiet. While the desk agent was very unfriendly when we checked in, the breakfast woman was extremely friendly and served a terrific meal of eggs, sausage, and tater tots. All delicious and hot. Also available was fresh fruit, toast, bagels, juices, and of course, hot coffee! While we didn't use it, there is also a nice pool and attractive palm laden grounds. I would recommend a stay here, especially at the price point of $80 for a double queen room.

I just recently lost my mom and the stuff for short time that she knew her they were very respectable and our time of grief the staff came together with the owner and brothers flowers for my mom and they brought some food and their condolences I have never ever seen such respect and honor in a hotel anyone that comes here will be so delighted with the services that are provided the staff members from the maintenance to the maids to the front desk to the owner a number one in my heart their number one in my family is hard I highly recommend this hotel to anyone is visiting the South Florida area I highly recommend them for the services that they provide the security that they give at night and a friendly staff that's when the wall above and beyond anyone's expectations if you're interested in coming to the arena hotel you can come anywhere better than this the Hilton overpriced Holiday inn overpriced but the staff here is the number one in my heart and my family's heart and to all my friends have been going through with me and it's hard time of me losing someone I love the staff here has been excellent and every which way so I highly suggest this place I highly suggest the Freudian hotel everything is within walking distance if you have kids they will be protected here you will not be disappointed I rate this hotel 10 out of 10 better than somebody's overpriced hotels they'll hold up better than the Best Western so my suggestion to anyone that's looking for places to stay

Room was clean and shower hot. Pool was closed due to lack of permit but looked nice. Continental breakfast and dining area very nice. Front desk staff horrible, not helpful, courteous or friendly in the slightest sense.

The Good: comfortable bed, adequate breakfast, convenient to national parks The Bad: 2nd floor only accessible by stairs. this info is in VERY fine print of hotel listing. ALSO pool closed, carpet damp, little hot water for shower, had to flush toilet twice, not all staff speak English, no clock or phone in room, "business center" is 1 computer and printer in small alcove off lobby, playground only suitable for very young children, "conference" space used for storage Summary: Hotel was ok for our stay but we were only there to sleep, shower and eat breakfast. will not stay there again and will not recommend. will pay more to stay in better facility in the future.

Good location. Lots of activities within a reasonable distance. Breakfast was great with a lot of choices from waffles to muffins to pan cakes to fruits to cereals etc you name it. Good value for money. Would definitely considering staying here again if I travel to this area in future.

This guy a worse than any trucker motel I’ve ever stayed at. Shame on Orbitz for not listing it as a hotel. Also, there’s no way this motel experience should be more than 75.00 a night, and that’s being generous, it really should be closer to 55.00

I always stay at this excellent hotel when I travel to the Keys. It is extremely clean and well maintained and very good for the price. This time we stayed in a cozy room with swimming pool views. I found the bed very comfortable. The breakfast is very good and the staff is nice and attentive. I will repeat without a doubt.

Crime riddled homestead yet you get charged premium for your stay. Room was gross. Shower walls had a beautiful patina Green all over the grout will a tile ceiling to complete the office space vibe. Rug was dirty. Door for your room barely close and was falling apart so it was best feeling. The bed was clean so there was that. Every so often you were overwhelmed by the smell of mold when the air conditioning clicked on. Definitely not friendly for those trailing. They do have security so there that i guess.

Great value for access to the Keys and Miami

Overall a terrific value for the accommodations and the location. For the price, the room was comfortable and quiet. Housekeeping was a bit of a downer. They were just a bit lazy in not refreshing my coffee supplies and shoving the toilet roll holder through the packaging and ripping off only half the cover. Also, the TV was in good shape but the picture quality was low def on an high def screen. Hard to watch. Otherwise, not bad.

Decent budget hotel

My check-in waited about 20mins when there is only one person in front of me, very slow process for check in. Overall, the hotel is a decent budget hotel, fenced yard, children playground, nice pool but closed, garden tables chairs in the yard for guests to eat lunch or dinner. WiFi is very weak which needs huge improvement. I read online reviews in advance, and knowing the wifi issues, but still didn’t expect that bad. Breakfast is decent on weekdays. Location is nice, across street is a shopping plaza. Short drive to a Chinese buffet, and Panda Express.
