The only thing I didn't appreciate was having to pay for parking and still be subjected to no security for the parking. A sign was posted that the property owner takes no responsibility for loss or damage to your vehicle. So we have to pay to use the space to park but no one is there to ensure your vehicle remains safe from theft while parked. I believe it is not fair to charge someone to use their property but at the same time say you are not responsible for the safety of that property. I can understand the property owners cannot be responsible if another driver collides with and dents or scratches another vehicle so you need your own insurance but theft at least should be offered with an attendant and cameras onsite at all times to allow a peace of mind for hotel renters vehicles parked in paying spots.

The nice thing about the place is they let me check in early. Needed that greatly as I needed to work remotely. The worst thing is the airport shuttle doesn't start until 5am. I booked there due to early 7am international flight. It would have been nice if the airport shuttle started earlier.

The hotel was decent. However, if you are an individual of color, you are treated very differently. The staff were rude. The hotel does not offer washcloths or hand towels. However, I noticed one of the staff giving a person of the same nationality a hand towel. Parking has to be paid daily. They do not have wheelchairs for the handicapped people.

Carpets need removing and furniture needs updating. The rooms smell musty and show their age. Air conditioning didn’t help with smell. I’m glad it was for only 1 night. Sorry I will not be recommending.

Run down and overpriced
Hotel was run down. Only one entrance and parking lot is a block away. Charge to park every night. Ac/Heat didn’t work right. Windows were questionable. Only stayed because hurricane. Couldn’t extend stay so ended up at Holiday Inn Express. Cost more but it feels like a 5 star AND I get breakfast.

For the low price so close to the airport with a free shuttle it’s a bargain. Handicapped parking is free but for all others parking comes with a charge. The Chef’s Salad and spaghetti and meatballs from the takeaway restaurant menu really rocked. Firm mattresses were comfortable. Friendly staff. Great experience!
