I was greeted with smiles and kindness from the airport shuttle driver to the front desk personnel when I called in for my shuttle at the Miami airport. This has been the best of my three experiences at Miami! This facility staff has gone more than beyond their hospitality and professionalism. As someone who doesn't speak Spanish, it was also straightforward to communicate here at this hotel with the prominent people who were all fluent in English. Thank you so much. I will surely be back for the stay!

The one complaint I have about this hotel causing me to give it 3 stars overall when everything else is 5 stars is the fact that the beds are ridiculously firm. I woke up every morning I stayed there aching from how hard the mattresses are.

Family friendly hotel :)
Stayed four nights to attend the Nightmare Weekend cosplay convention at the MACC. Shuttle took us to and from w/o any issue. Hotel was super clean, beds were comfy, staff was friendly. Breakfast was great. Kids loved the pancakes and warm cinnamon rolls. Will definitely stay here again should we ever visit Miami again.
