I didn’t like, rooms are to small and tide rooms, not good smelling, and what ever is showing on pictures it’s not in reality, also is showing breakfast including , but when u checking in they said breakfast not including.

The property is outdated the pictures online do not match . The rooms are small . The elevator was out the entire stay . I felt sorry for the gentleman that had to carry everyone’s luggage up the stairs then down for check out

The room was very clean and staff was friendly. Parking is terrible and you have to unload your luggage fast so you don’t get towed. It’s hard to take luggage upstairs and move car quickly walking up 4 flights of stairs. Our door wouldn’t open so they had to drill a hole to get it open. (Understandable) The whole place smelled like weed. It is right off the beach and had a restaurant and cvs close by for convenience.

The drainage of bathroom sinc was awful and the toilet was broken, I fix it myself. The mattress is not in good shape anymore. But on the other hand you have wonderful employees. Super service from all your staff.

Wouldn’t come back. Only plus was the location. The staff charged us twice for the booking. When our room was being cleaned, someone stole money out of my bag and still haven’t heard back from the manager about it. The elevator wasn’t working. The housekeeping staff were extremely loud in the mornings cleaning neighboring rooms.

We were not given our voucher for breakfast the first morning. We never received our vouchers for drinks. I was charged resort fees again. When I booked I made sure they were included. First he said it was $63 dollars a a day then he said my mistake it’s only $51 a day. Then said you are right it’s only $20 a day. The elevator we were told would be fixed in 3 hours after check in. It stayed broken the entire time and we were on the 4th floor.
