There was a problem with the parking bar code machine , I was need to comeback about 3 times until I parking it took me an 1 hour , It was frustrated , but service officer try to help me with is .

Upon arrival the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the A/C worked well. We stayed for 2 nights and housekeeping gave us fresh sheets for each night. The only complaint I’d have would be the need for better shower heads and the shower water didn’t get as hot as the sink water.

It’s okay with a few annoyances
The parking garage setup is very disorganized. The hotel claims to have parking validation but it doesn’t. It was kind of an inconvenience lugging my luggage across the street after check in. Also, the room doors were difficult to open. Housekeeping was great. I forgot to leave her a tip which was well deserved.

This hotel is very well located, very clean, and has great service. We loved it! My only criticism is the parking where we had to park that wasn’t working . It would take forever to leave the parking structure because it wasn’t reading the Aloft code.

I like staying at aloft hotels this one did not seem as lively as many of the others I have stayed at before. However it had many of the modern features that I like about the Aloft hotels. Perhaps more staff for the bar area would have been good. The staff I did interact with were very nice and the rooms were very clean.
