Wonderful Spring Break Stay

Our family had a great time at the apartment over Spring Break. The room had everything we needed and access to the Ritz on property amenities was amazing. The garage parking was a big plus, as we made several trips around Key Biscayne and further afield. Highly recommend.

Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne Wonderful Stay

The accommodations were very comfortable and the resort was beautiful with great pool side service. Only had trouble with parking when first arrived because spot was taken and family in other unit’s spot had workers construction materials. Also, while only there 3 nights had no housekeeping service.

Ritz -Key Biscayne Resident room

Tried the resident room instead of hotel reservations. Still got all the benefits of using all amenities during our stay. However, the room was not as clean as expected. Bathroom shower was filled with hair on walls and in drain area, rug needs replacing and robes need cleaning. Overall not bad no view of ocean but we never really stayed in room during the day. All an all a better price per night with a few sacrifices.

Ritz is amazing / good value

We’ve stayed at this Same Ritz in the past and the experience outside of the room is identical. We had access to the same exact amenities, were able to charge things to the room, etc. We felt like we had a true Ritz experience. The room itself is not up to Ritz standards. It’s a nice room with nice furnishings but it’s not maintained to the same standards as the Ritz. The sliding bathroom doors were broken (they wouldn’t lock) and the outlets were a bit of a mess - sometimes working, sometimes not. With respect to the bathroom door, we had specifically asked for it to be fixed in advance of our stay (we had known about the door based on another review). All in all, we really enjoyed the stay and think the room is a very good value. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful & staff was very helpful.

We enjoyed our weekend at this beautiful hotel. It was an expensive, but fun weekend. There were many choices of restaurants both on site and within walking distance. We rented bikes and bikes throughly the state park.
