Very much an architectural masterpiece

We had a number of appliance problems to start. Horizons rentals were there immediately, on a Sunday, to assess and ultimately get them fixed. The master BR and living areas were great. There is a lot of storage space. The toilet rooms need much better lighting. Some pieces of furniture need help. The beach is fantastic. The condo association has lots of events and get togethers.

Over priced and needs a lot of TLC

Overall the view was great, lovely pool, the unit however needed care. We were without an oven for a week, the washer broke, several light switches weren’t working, the tub and sink in 2nd bath had drainage problems, many of the shades needed fixing. The owner was also selling the unit which we didn’t know until we got there, and we had several requests to show it. We had company most of our stay and didn’t want to interrupt our vacation to show it. We felt the unit was overpriced for what we got.
