We enjoyed the hospitality of the resort staff, but every time I turned around they were concocting some way to get out of a deal or promotion they promised us. That was frustrating but it didn’t completely take away from the relaxation and fun times we had with friends. The breakfast buffet was great and several other restaurants were pretty good. I definitely feel like 5 nights is plenty. I do not recommend the Peninsula restaurant and the Italian restaurant is just ok. I recommend upgrading to the Grand Club if you can. It’s worth every penny to use the lounge and have a nice big room.

the food is outstanding. its unbelievable the food they offer at an all inclusive. the staff is so caring and kind. and its just a beautiful resort. the spa was absolutely gorgeous, i was extremely impressed.

The food was not I had in mind. Not enough local Mexican dishes. They tried making more international cuisine. You’re in Baja Mexico and should be more of that cuisine.

El Hotel estaba muy limpio muy buena atención la playa muy bella, la ubicación muy bella con una vista increíble. Solo tengo una queja mucho calor en los restaurante decían que el que tenía aire acondicionado e igual era como sino hubiera el calor era horrible. No tienen un bufé solo en ka mañana y además la comida mexicana siempre a sido muy ruca pero no en este hotel no había variedad de ningún tipo.

We stayed here for a family vacation with our two kids and it was the absolute perfect property for that. The rooms were very comfortable, the property was large. There was so much for the kids to do it was perfect for them (kid play area, playground, pool, etc). We were able to buy beach toys at the resort. The staff there were so helpful, friendly, and genuine. It was a perfect vacation for us and we plan to be back!

Loved it! Staff was lovely, always going the extra mile to be welcoming, hospitable and professional. In general, house keeping was good with upkeep of room and keeping toiletries stocked up. Rooms and property were clean.

They try to sell one of those share time. And they even force their way in to the sale, i wasn't interested since the beginning, and the salesmen got mad to me and blow me over, got mad to me because i didn't agree to buy the time share, and then, i notice the service got bad, it was all inclusive and they never refill my fridge, i have to keep asking fort them to refill and they didn't, aslo the beach is clean private but it is a lot of stones and coral, is no place to swim or relax due the risk of been troun against the coral rift. Bottom line. My experience wasn't the best😪😪😪
