We were assigned a room on the 25th floor. Not sure why as the entire floor was scheduled for a remodel. We arrived on Saturday and remodel Brannon Monday. Noice and men wearing mask to remodel and we were walking through this for a day and a half. Why put anyone on this floor????

I like that it was close to Fremont and was easy to walk out enjoy the night and we had easy access to our hotel right after. The Tv didn’t work and there was no fridge. Other than that great service and cleaness.

We booked 5 rooms for 3 nights. The hotel provided free parking. We had a 12 passenger van and valet initially stated they couldn't accommodate the van. They "suggested" we give them a greatd tip, and they'll take care of us for 1 day. They also suggested we pay for parking at another hotel parking lot. I spoke to hotel management, who was very helpful and a valet supervisor to correct the issue. Come to find out, the valet employees were lazy and didn't want to park my van at another parking lot.
