We weren't able to use the fridge. it was stocked with booze for us to buy. We ran out of towels and no cleaning staff came by. Neighbors woke us up at 4am to loud music. The air conditioner had issues either went down to 60 or woke up to 74 degrees. The walk from the elevator to our room was about 3 city blocks. Very far walk. People smoking in the halls near our room. Confusing layout. I asked for a map and couldn't get one. Took 3 days to find my way around from the two parking garages and large casino with several eateries. Not great customer service. Only positive was that it had a nice view, close to the mountains and golf courses. Nice Shower.

Beautiful hotel in Summerlin. We prefer staying off the strip, so Red Rock was a great option!

Staff and environmental were excellent Food options, restaurants and room service were amazing. The only concern we had was that their web sight offered both an airport shuttle and a shuttle to the strip and these amenities have not been available since the COVID outbreak per staff. Rides get very costly. Everything else was amazing

Room wasn’t well maintained and started showing signs of being dated and not throughly cleaned.. Hotel lobby and casino and dining options look great and very clean and new. However the room appeared not maintained and started showing signs of deterioration. Service was very attentive. We stayed floor 15, room 15130 Chipped door corners in bathroom, scratched furniture with smears of dirt. The carpet in the hallway is abit worn away. Some minor dirt in bathtub and damaged caulking in the shower. The shower knob had issue adjusting hot-cold and got stuck on very hot.. hope hotel management gets the maintaince back on track as the room seems posh but deteriorating due to poor maintenance

Wonderful Staycation
Lovely property in beautiful Summerlin. This was a quick weekend staycation for me, and Red Rock did not disappoint. Spacious rooms with awesome views of the Strip, a number of things to do within in the casino, close to Downtown Summerlin and other shops and restaurants, as well as Red Rock Canyon. Would definitely return again.

I always have a great time at red rock however this last time, for my birthday, was unpleasant. I checked in and my room was dirty bed unmade. I had to be re assigned a room and wasn’t offered an upgrade or maybe an extra day. The room I was assigned was decent but still wasn’t cleaned well. During check out, I had to go back and refunded for early bird check in that I did not use. It sucks that this was my experience.

Our stay was very disappointing. Our room was very dirty and was obviously not cleaned properly. The most appalling evidence was trimmed hair in the bathroom left behind from a previous occupant. Despite asking for proper cleaning the next day, the hair was left untouched, which makes me question how much the room was actually cleaned. After an uncomfortable exchange with the defensive cleaner, nothing was offered by the hotel to remedy the situation. After providing more direct feedback with the hotel manager, we were moved to a suite for the last night. Too little too late to make me want to stay there again.

The views from this hotel tower are really good. We chose the city view since we were climbing red rocks all day. The staff all seemed very nice and helpful. I woulod love to stay again in the future if the price is right. We enjoyed the restaurants. Some more than others but all were oretty good. My only real complaint was we came back early one day to enjoy the hot tub. The hot tub was open. But it was colder than the pool.
