Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We decided to self park and the signage directing us from the garage to the lobby was poor. Signs to the casinos were plentiful, but that wasn’t the reason we were here.

The staff was friendly and helpful at all times. The place was kept immaculately inside and out. But we had to rent a small refrigerator from them , which is very nickel and dime for a 5 star resort charging hundreds of dollars a day plus $50/ per day “resort fee”. If you lifted a snack item off their room tray for more than 15 seconds you were charged- even if you put it back!! Really bourgeoise!!

Best Hotel
This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. We got upgraded to a VIP suite because they ran out of standard rooms… WOW! I was blown away by the whole experience… we got to check-in in a private area and they even gave us access the VIP elevator. The room was AMAZING from… the views to the amenities and it was spotless! Highly recommend upgrading to a VIP room, it was an unforgettable experience.

The room comes with a bar and stocked fridge. No room to store your own drinks. To have the drinks removed it cost $25 and that is to only remove the tray with drinks on the counter. The fridge they lock remotely. The property is nice and offers lots of family friendly amenities and it is close to red rock for hiking and sight seeing.

Definitely coming back here . Brought my kids and it was a great place for them! Keep in mind no microwave, no coffee maker, no fridge. They Do have a starbucks tho. Went bowling it was GREAT!

Absolutely loved this place. Is far away but also close enough to the strip. Loved how they have a bus straight to the allegiant stadium. The food choices great and the rooms very spacious.

After waiting more than 10 minutes to ask a question at the pool, a staff member said they were understaffed, and that she was doing a lot. Federal Chicken & Donuts was to open at 7am, but at 8:05, the lights were off and there was no front staff, in the food court a person whom was talking to a staff member climbed over the counter, not sure if they worked there or not. In the lobby bar the server asked if we could close out check because she was done for the evening, which is fine, but then she cheered when her mom showed up and yelled, “I’m done!” right in front of us. The room was dirty, floor in bathroom was dirty and sticky from previous occupant. Had to call for glasses for the room. When I asked the house keeper for glasses she told me they were out. Also, when K came back to my room after breakfast, the housekeeper was in my room, she let me walk in and take my purse and never asked me for id. This was truly alarming that she trusted that it was my room. This was a very disappointing experience.
