Experience Vegas away from the chaos of the Strip in this stunning, newly remodeled and fully stocked 3 bed, 2 bath house. Ideally located – just minutes from the airport, the Strip, and other Vegas attractions with easy freeway access to the Hoover Dam & Lake Mead and Red Rock Canyon.

Perfect for families, amenities include a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, toaster, microwave and more, spacious backyard, high chair & pack-n-play, and washer & dryer. All rooms equipped with smart TV.

Check-in is 3pm. Early check-in may be available if requested in advance and if house is available.

Check-out is at 11am. Late check-out may be available if requested in advance and no other guest is arriving that day.

Guest parking is in the driveway or on-street.

The house is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after every guest.
Those guests staying longer than 7 days may request additional cleaning for an additional fee.

HOUSE RULES
Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Monday thru Friday and 10pm to 10am Saturday & Sunday. This is a City of Henderson ordnance. Violation of this can result in fines of up to $2,500 and loss of booking with no refund. Any fines from the City of Henderson due to loud noise will be the responsibility of the guest.

ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR LARGE GATHERINGS ALLOWED ON THIS PROPERTY. Violation of this can result in fines of up to $2,500 and loss of booking with no refund.

No outdoor music. All noise levels are monitored remotely. Violation of this can result in fines of up to $2,500 and loss of booking with no refund.

NO SMOKING inside the house. Violation of this can result in a cleaning fee of $500.

No pets allowed. Violation of this can result in fines of up to $500 and loss of booking. If you have a FEDERALLY REGISTERED service animal, please contact us prior to booking.

NO unauthorized overnight guests. Any additional overnight guests over the original guest count will be charged an additional $100 per night.

If you would like to have any outside guests for dinner, a meeting, etc., and they are not on the initial reservation, you MUST clear them with the Hosts in advance.

There will be a $75 fee per remote to replace if lost or damaged.

The property is privately owned; As such, the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.
