Do not recommend they will not release security deposit of 122$ i stayed solo other hotels released my deposit as soon as i walked 10 feet after i checked out but this motel its been 2 weeks i didn't get my deposit back bad experience staying here

Thank you to Leslie and Paul the front desk personnel! Folks, you have to give this little placea chance. The moment I got there I was reminded of "The Little Engine that Could." This place is doing its rockin' best to keep on improving. Love that feeling. There were some small issues with our room that the staff was very happy to know about and work on ASAP. The property doesn't count on an elevator for the second floor, so if you can't do stairs, then let them know and they'll do their best to accommodate. Parking is across the street and may be a small issue. However, the area is very clean, quiet and is surrounded by many amenities.The Fremont experience is a 3-minute from the place. Let me tell you that the Downtowner Boutique is very inviting, quaint and cute. I would stay there again.

Everybody there is so nice everything‘s clean. It’s a nice walking distance to Fremont Street always had hot water. I would stay here again.

Hotel was in an area of town that has limited eating places nearby, limited access in & out of hotel. Pool is across the street. If not driving, nearest bus stand is 3 blocks. No onsite restaurant. Charge a resort fee but not much to support it having one.

The staff were all incredible! Very kind, helpful, and responsive. The decor was cute. That having been said, this is an older property and guests shouldn’t expect shiny and new. It definitely had charm. The location and staff were great!

Pleasant place
Decent place, the staff is excellent. Rooms need some renovations, but overall a pleasant place. Comfy bed, good shower and the room wasn't cramped. Bar on site, within walking distance of food and entertainment.

The best value in Vegas
The Downtown Boutique was not perfect , but an excellent value and a great location. Just 3 blocks from the bus that goes up and down the Strip and 4 blocks from the Fremont St Experience !
