The elevator in the parking garage was not working, so we had to carry our luggage down four flights of stairs. It was still not working when we left. When I called the front desk, the woman was rude. I liked the casino; the people working there were very helpful and friendly.

This is my 2nd time staying here and I enjoyed it just as much as the first time. I stayed in a different tower and the room was bigger which was nice. The bed was just as comfy as my previous stay. Unfortunately the room I stayed in this time had no usb plugs like my first room and I had to go buy a plug because I of course forgot mine. Staff was friendly and the food at Freedom Beat is delicious! I would definitely stay here again!

Room was very nice. But, no drinking glasses or cups. No in room coffee. No housekeeping for 4 night stay, so trash was running over. Ill check more closely next time. We loves the night club Fat Cats un the building!

I have no idea what the benefits of staying there is, was not told. The hotel could have been cleaner. All the windows were daughter, hall smelled really bad, the staff was wonderful.

We love staying here anytime when in Vegas. Lovely place to stay and always clean. The only thing I did not like was the day of check out, housekeeping knocked really loud and left without saying anything. I get they were trying to clear us out in time for check out, but they could’ve done better.
