THE LOCATION...

If you decide to pull yourself away from this wonderful home, you'll realize that the best restaurants, live entertainment and attractions are all within a block or two. Yet, this home is tucked away down a quiet nondescript lane that you wouldn't be able to find without directions. The living area opens up to the fully fenced private pool area, with equal amounts of sunshine and shade all day. The saltwater pool can be heated in the cooler months and is surrounded by comfortable chaise lounges and chairs for relaxing outdoors. Pleasant outdoor artwork decorates the fence and there's an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a swim or a day at the beach. The BBQ grill and outdoor dining set are perfect for a poolside cookout.
