Omni Amelia Island Resort & Spa offers 402 accommodations, which are accessible via exterior corridors and feature laptop-compatible safes and coffee/tea makers. Rooms open to balconies or patios. I liked the staff - courteousness, professionalism and attentiveness. I didn’t like waiting an hour in the lobby after the 4pm check in because of a broken mirror in the room that needed to be fixed.

This is an excellent property. We had the ocean view with a balcony and the pool was right below. The breeze in the middle of the summer was great. The pool area was never loud and after 5pm you hardly heard anyone. The room was comfortable and the room service was great. My wife and I went for a getaway and ended up never leaving the resort until we checked out. Everything was good and we will definitely stay there again in the future.

It was my wife and I for a 5 night stay. Lots of families, then when they left lot's of people our age 60's/ There was nothing we didn't like. First time at an Omni hotel after 40 years of typically choosing a Marriott brand. We will definitely try another Omni. Loved it!

Glass shower doors looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months. Food was pricey and limited options at better places if you want food that is not overly seasoned. Full disclosure that I'm not a fancy food fan. I did have what was probably the best shrimp and grits I have ever had at the Oceanview.

The resort was truly amazing. It was huge. Everyone was very kind and helpful, and we will surely recommend others to go there period there are a couple of restaurants a short distance from the hotel, but there are free shuttles to get you around so that was a great convenience.
