"Welcome to The Islander" The amazing backyard complete with an outdoor kitchen, 3 refrigerators, gas BBQ, smoker, ice maker, fire pit, putting & chipping green, tv, games and much more. Only a short 11 blocks (apx half mile) from the beach and 2 blocks from Sunshine Park.

This PET FRIENDLY beach house is dressed with smart TV's in every bedroom, WIFI, fully stocked gourmet kitchen including a blender, Keurig and regular coffee makers, and toaster; you just need food and drinks. It also has a full size washer and dryer and separate laundry room. Linens will be provided for all beds including the sleeper sofa in the living room. Bath and beach towels are also provided as well as beach gear – beach chairs, cart, blanket and cooler. Newly built heated pool with large swim shelf gives this house everything you need!

This property is managed by Welcome Home Rentals of Jax Beach. We exclusively manage vacation rentals in Jacksonville Beach so our team is always minutes away if guests have any issues or questions. Need additional accommodations? We have 2 to 8 bedrooms homes, most with private heated pools and several with fun game rooms. Ask about our weekly, monthly and multiple property discounts. Keyless entry. Parking is limited to 6 standard sized vehicles. 2 in garage and 4 in driveway. On-street parking is not permitted.

Strict restrictions on events and guests not staying in the home. Inquiry prior to booking if you planing to have an event or guests to the home. All pets must be approved. Pets are not allowed on furniture. Some dates are restricted from pets due to owner allergies. Pet fee is $150 per pet.

Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Unauthorized early check ins or late checks outs will be charged $100 per hour fee.

Loud noise is prohibited after 10:00pm and before 9:00am per City Ordinance enforced by the local authorities. Failure to adhere to city ordinances will result in immediate eviction.

They thought of everything

The home itself is breathtaking and WOW the backyard. The dishes, trashbags and extras were a big bonus! We loved our stay and would go back. Only little negative was beach wasnt close enough to walk or really get a a golf cart like we hoped but the pool was better anyway.

Laserna Family vacation

Perfect family getaway, amazing backyard!

Beautiful modern home, the backyard and pool is just amazing. No need to go to the beach everything you need for fun in the sun is right there. Well equipped kitchen perfect for large family meals inside and out. We especially loved all the seating for everyone inside and outside. Thanks for a great place to have our long weekend in Jax Beach. :)

Amazing Property - Perfect In Every Way

This house is absolutely amazing in every way. It is in a great neighborhood and walk to the park and five minute drive to the beach. The house was clean and spotless and had more amenities than any Vrbo I've stayed at before. The property manager was easy to communicate with and very attentive. The pool was clean, warm and so much fun. I could spend endless days in the backyard. Life is better at this place.

Relaxing week March 2023

The Islander home was exactly what we expected. Outdoor space was so relaxing & made it easy to just “hang out”. We had kids and adults staying for the week and everyone was entertained! The beach was close to the house and the host even provided beach chairs/umbrella to take with us. We found plenty of great dinner spots in the evening. Close enough to St. Augustine that if you wanted to go for a visit or to tour downtown, you can! The swings out by the backyard bar were our favorite “fun feature”. The hosts pay attention to detail… for example: we checked in Saturday, the teens played corn hole in the back Sat evening. The boards had some wear from the weather, but we would not have said anything they worked just fine. Sunday we were gone for the day and when we got back to the house someone had been by and swapped out the corn hole boards with new ones. Again, we didn’t mention it or ask. They noticed it and took care of it. All communication with the host was efficient/clear & quick! We will def. Plan another trip!

Most amazing backyard!

This house was a dream to stay in! We reserved it for a family get together, and the highlight of this house was the backyard! It is perfect for entertaining, hosting dinners, barbecues, you name it. The view of the pool from the outdoor kitchen really makes it feel you are on a tropical vacation. Everyone in our group raved about the outdoor kitchen and how they had to have one at home. It was truly a treat to be able to entertain our family and friends there. The house had everything we needed and was clean, cozy, and comfortable. It felt as though we were right at home. And everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were! Mike and the Welcome Home team were a dream to work with making our stay as seamless as possible. We can’t wait to book this property again.

Perfect!

The pictures does not do this house justice. It was so beautiful inside and out and less than 5 minutes from the beach. The lizards kept me from enjoying the beautiful backyard but everyone else enjoyed it and that's all that matters. It definitely doesn't take away from how beautiful and peaceful the backyard is. ❤

Amazing place!!!

Super clean, well stocked kitchen and spacious. Although we spent most of our time at the house in the incredible backyard! Love the pool, grill area and overall beach vibe! Only complaint is that we didn’t have more time to spend there! Beautiful place! Great communication
