Bad smelling like humidity we had to change room .And the seconde room had no towells .we ask for towells they brought it after an hour.

Little difficulty in locating as it’s tucked away in the corner of a plaza but very accommodating and safe. Breakfast bar was excellent very good with a lot of offerings!

Great spot for a Mayo overnight.

we stay here while getting treatments at Mayo Clinic - very convenient to hospital - 10 mins away. nice rooms. comfortable, esp. ones on higher floors on the backside that overlook a golf course. good breakfast. courteous front desk staff. happily put us on a higher floor when requeste.

Nice hotel n location. However, every time I stayed here always something happening. First time I stayed here, there was a flood n all night they ran the heater all night, I couldn’t sleep n tge rugs were soaking wet. Today 12/22/24, water leak within the hotel n water was shut off for an hour. The hotel needs to give discount for these inconveniences. I like the hotel n the staff but please treat your customers better

Not a great hotel stay

Hotel was under construction. We were supposed to have an accessible room for my mom who uses a walker and has COPD. Because of construction they said they had to change our room to a standard which moved us to the third floor all the way at the end of the hall. Very long walk for my mother. Very unhappy with this. Then there were construction noises above us for an hour until 8:30 at night. Quite disturbing. Only had 1 coffee cup for Keurig in the room. There were 2 of us. Will never stay at this hotel again. Terrible!

I will definitely stay there again when I have to go back because everything was excellent, from the employees to the conditions and cleanliness. Also, the rate was very good. Highly recommended, thank you.
