Easy to find, big car park. Spacious comfortable room let down by a weak shower. Nice bar and food is pretty good. Staff all very friendly and helpful.
We have stayed here a few times now and it delivers every time. The staff are friendly and professional, the rooms are lovely we had a king room and it was lovely, however the bed was a bit squeaky and a little hard. Everywhere is spotless. The food is very nice and service is quick on all occasions we have eaten there. If you are staying in the area it is beautiful and the Mourne mountains are with driving distance as is the coast at Newcastle where the mountains come down to the sea.
Had a great stay in this hotel. The room was a little chilly as only 1 radiator worked, and the water in the taps and shower could have been hotter. But nice clean room, staff were lovely and very helpful. Lovely breakfast. Would stay again
Arrived early and the room was ready which was really appreciated. The room was fabulous, spacious, warm and cosy with everything we needed. Struggled to get hot water for a shower in the evening but maybe that was me. Breakfast was OK.
Beautiful location, & so accessible to the A1. Also much closer to the centre of Banbridge than we expected.
Thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast, & will have a meal next time we stay.
One issue - no lift; but I should have checked before booking. Now that we know, we can be better prepared.
