We stay here every year. The staff is friendly and wonderful. The hotel is always clean and parking is spacious. It's within walking distance of the beach and shops.

Love the one (1) night stay here during our recent visit at Mayo Clinic. So delighted that our request for a corner room was granted & the same was ready few minutes before the hotel’s check-in time. Reception staff were friendly & always welcoming & the dining staff was superb that she even offered a tray to place our food plates for in room dining. The room was neat & so quiet that you can’t hear external noise despite its location by a busy street. Would love to stay here again for our upcoming trip soon. Thank you for accommodating us.

I believe it was Ahmed who checked me in and throughout my stay was always curious about my day. I've worked for major theme parks and major entertainment complexes in a management level and he is exactly who I would hire. It is because of him I will again stay in a HIE. He should be rewarded for his hospitality
