First room we were in had blood stains on the sheets. 2nd room the balcony door would not open. I should of been given a credit for the difference in room rate only received free appetizers The one person at the front desk basically lied and said the door was fixed when no one looked at it. When they did show up they said it was major work we were better if they fixed it after we left

I booked for 2 nights thru orbitz and asked the supervisor on duty if i could get a refund for the 2nd night since i had to go home due to an emergency, mind you this is in florida and its due to hurricane milton. She told me to contact orbitz i did and they called and confirmed with her that i did check out and leave early before checkout time. Which gives them ample time to book the room again, although they stated she would not refund the money. That is such bad business, im a gold member through Marriott too and stay quite often on business trips. Due to this being a natural disaster she could have been more compassionate and refunded me the money for not staying the 2nd night. Im not satisfied with the unprofessional service i received!
