Spectacularly located along River Ness, superbly trained, attentive staff and luxurious accommodations deserve only high fives! Subtraction in our view for lack of a harmonious interior decorative design and tired dinner recipes lacking spirit, though all superbly prepared. We felt pampered though not emotionally challenged.

We had a room right next to the reception desk. It was awful. Very noisy. Every time someone went out to smoke or whatever you could hear every conversation. Also the car parking was in front of our window which is gravel so you could hear it every time someone left. I will say the bathrooms and the bar is very nice.

Beautifully decorated hotel, luxurious room & very comfy bed, with excellent personal customer service & welcome from all the reception team .Glass of champagne on arrival was a lovely touch too!
