Beautiful PRIVATE waterfront condo located 1 block from the beach! Enjoy intercostal views from the unit, located on the 1st floor. Minutes to shopping, and restaurants. 15 minutes from Ft. Lauderdale Airport and 40 minutes to Miami. Pack n play, highchair, beach chairs, beach toys, and towels included.
The minimum age to book is 25. No parties.
The Space
This space is perfect for families, groups of friends traveling together, or couples.
Public beach access is only 3 blocks away! This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo will sleep 6 adults or children, plus a pack n play for a baby! There is a pull-out couch in the living room in addition to a king-size bed in each bedroom. The Master bedroom includes a king bed, full bath, smart tv, and private balcony overlooking a serene waterfront canal. The guest bedroom has a king-size bed, smart tv, pack n play, and a full bath is located just outside this bedroom. For families with small children: in addition to the pack n play, we have a highchair, toys, games, beach toys, and coloring books with crayons to help make our littlest guest more comfortable. In the living room, there is a pull-out couch where you can watch your favorite Netflix shows on the large flat screen. In the kitchen, you will find every you need to make a gourmet meal, or you may cook-out on the private deck with our grill. There is grocery delivery available and some of the best local restaurants just minutes away! Watch the sunset and boats by from our private deck and balcony all with a comfortable seating area.

During your stay at this condo building, you're just a quick walk from Pompano Beach. A water park is available. The condo offers a kitchen and 4 bathrooms.

This was a quiet beautiful, clean stay. The backyard has beautiful shrubbery right on the canal Everything needed was available. Would encourage anyone to stay here!!

Great location, 5 min walk to the beach and the back patio is right on the canal water. Quiet and relaxing to sit outside and enjoy the weather. Clean property and responsive hosts.

Awesome condo!

This is the perfect place to stay in Pompano- the location is excellent, layout easy and the back patio/porch has an incredible view of the boats/water. There is parking right at the condo and walk right in. We will be back!

Excellent Experience

The property was all it was offered on the web oage and more. There were very nice details from owners and property manager, providing enough clean towels, personal items such as tooth brush, shampoo, etc. The kitchen was well equipped, grill ready to use, and the location of the property was excellent. The furniture available, including beds and living room sofas we comfortable, and the A/A worked perfectly. I strongly recommend this property without any doubt.

Dirty and needs updating

Stove top had liquid that had dripped down front and wasn’t cleaned, bathrooms with mildew and staining on tile and tubs, rugs and carpets filthy. We had to wear flip flops. Baseboards very dirty and paint chipped throughout house. I brought these items up the contact person took offense and became not nice.

Lovely condo!!

We were very pleased with our stay at this condo. The property was aesthetically pleasing and well-maintained, both inside and out. The kitchen was fully equipped with all necessary amenities. The tropical landscaping added to the overall ambiance. The host was prompt and efficient in responding to our inquiries. We appreciated the proximity of the beach. Great Stay!

We truly had a great one night stay after a long Disney vacation and then cruise it was great to be able to have our last night at a very clean and comfortable spot to spread out and enjoy before a long drive home the next day! Girls weekend getaway

We had a nice relaxing time! We sat out back on the patio and it was the perfect, serene setting for both having a cup of coffee and a glass of wine. It was less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and a short Uber to Lauderdale by the sea and Los Olas.

Ideal Getaway in Pompano Beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this adorable condo, while touring colleges in South FL for a few days. The beach decor was so welcoming and our favorite spot was the backyard seating area along the canal. The owners responded quickly to our questions. We were close to the beach and a number of delicious places to eat. We all agreed we would love to visit again in the future!

Great communication with our host! Thanks The listing and pictures are accurate and the patio is lovely for sipping your beverage of choice. The kitchen is on the small side but adequate and we were able to prepare many meals. The location is great for walking to the beach or into town or zipping into Fort Lauderdale.

Pre-cruise over Christmas

Owners were very responsive even on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day! Place is clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Outdoor area overlooking canal is better than the pictures. Note that the coffee machine is one that takes pods so shop accordingly. We had no trouble with the pipes but apparently they are sensitive so single ply TP is provided. We suggest they improve the lighting in the living and dining area. It's so dim we gave up caroling because we couldn't see our song books. Just a block from the beach. Short distance to the cruise port. I will stay here again.

Quiet neighborhood

This is a very nice condo. Clean, nicely decorated,stocked, and comfortable. We got in late, so we especially appreciated the bottled water and coffee that was there. It’s about a 5 minute walk to the beach

Nice place by the beach.

Overall good value for price. Location to beach was great, a block away. Getting around to restaurants beside stingers requires a bit of walking or by bus or having a car. Quiet neighbourhood. Peaceful being able to sit outside at the back by the waterway. Host was quick to reply to questions.

Quaint, Clean, Cozy Vacation Home

My family and I really enjoyed our short but sweet stay at the waterfront condo. So clean, safe, and the neighborhood was very quiet. Short distance to the beach which is exactly what we were looking for, without paying a fortune to stay directly on the beach. The intracoastal access is a bonus feature. Excellent home & location

We spent three days here and couldn’t be happier. The house has a great layout and was SUPER clean. The canal out back was the perfect spot for reading and relaxing. A short walk to the beach and there are loads of chairs and a pull cart are in the closet! The kitchen is super tiny but not a problem for us at all. Highly recommend staying here. Neighbor is quiet and safe.
