Situated on ocean access water, enjoy the sunrise or sunset from the sparkling heated pool steps away from the living room doors or catch some beautiful Florida sunshine on the lounge chairs.
The home also includes a private dock and floating dock as well. You can enjoy meals cooked in your gourmet kitchen, or on the grill, at the sprawling 8-person dining table inside or at the dining space outside.
The kitchen has top of the line stainless steel appliances, 2 ovens, a built-in wine cooler, all cookware/items needed for a comfortable stay and plenty of counter space.
There is a washer and dryer, along with an additional refrigerator/freezer in the garage as well. The home has 4 bedrooms (2 Master Suites), with tons of closet space, and 4 full bathrooms, with massive sliding doors throughout that allow natural light to pour in.
There is enough room to fit 2 cars in the driveway. It is strictly prohibited to park in the street or on the grass.

Check out is at 11am unless requested and approved for later than 11am for $90. We charge an unauthorized late checkout fine of $250.
We understand that you are here to enjoy your vacation, But this is a very quiet and established neighborhood. You don't like noisy neighbors at home? They don't either ;)
This is a NON SMOKING property. 500$ fee for special smoke odor removal cleaning fee. We have smoke detectors in place that alert us to cigarette and marijuana smoke indoors. You will be fined and asked to leave with no refund of remaining nights.
NO PARTIES ALLOWED. We would like to make sure you are aware of the strict noise ordinance in this residential area. City Code enforced quiet hours are 10pm to 8am. You will love the street for its quietness... so it has to stay that way :))
The number of guests on site, at any time, may not exceed the approved number as requested in your booking.
Also, we are happy to provide toiletries for your arrival, however, please note that we do not restock items during your stay. Optional daily housekeeping available for a fee.

A rental agreement from Viac Management will be sent for signature following the confirmation of each reservation. Signing this document is mandatory.
*The home is equipped with a Ring Doorbell located at the front door for easy access and security purposes, and non recording noise sensors located in the living room and outside patio that monitor decibel levels (they do not record video or conversations).
*Please note that this is a quiet neighborhood. Strict noise policy enforced on the property, by us, the community and by City Code Enforcement. Please be respectful of your neighbors and the City Rules, as well as house rules, at all times.
*We ensure that our toilets are in perfect working condition prior to guest stay. Guests are responsible for any clogging and plumbing issues caused by flushing toilet paper, paper towels, sanitary products, and other materials. If the plumber finds evidence of such items, repair costs will be charged to the guests.
