This property is privately managed by the owner. This house has been made fully wheel chair assessable. We also have a wheel chair available for our guest The floor plan is very charming with its 3 large bedrooms, Florida room, Dinning room, living room and kitchen. Florida Room has leather furniture. Living room has an electrical fireplace, TV and a working desk.
Backyard is relaxing and very private. Large front porch is delightful to sit and relax. The spacious backyard is very private. Laundry room is in its detached room along with beach chairs and umbrellas. Beach toys also available upon request.

During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be within walking distance of Deerfield Island Park. A water park and an arcade/game room are available. A kitchen and 2 bathrooms are available in the vacation home.
