What was unique about the property was that it was in a location off road and secluded, but walking distance to the shopping mall and restaurants.

Very friendly check in personnel, beautiful pool and clean. Convenient to FLL airport. Will stay here again, women though hotel airport shuttle service is poor.

Pretty but noisy
We stayed here before cruising. Hotel located in very nice area with many dining and shopping options within walking distance. Lobby was pretty as was the exterior grounds. Checkin was easy, and once i provided my Bonvoy #, I was given welcome bag. Our suite was pretty and spacious. AC worked very well. Only two issues: i couldnt get hot water in the shower so i took sponge bath in sink; and secondly, the walls and ceiling were not well insulated so i could hear shower and water from room above, and you could hear all the cars going by from the street. Since this was a busy area, it was pretty noisy. Breakfast area was adequate and there were hot and cold options. Lots of places to sit in lobby area, and self-serve coffee. Staff was checking on guests as we ate to make sure we had what we needed, and she kept tables clean and tidy. Overall, not a bad stay but not quite the level of quality i expected for the cost of the room.

There was a grit or sand on the floor, otherwise, the cleanliness was just ok. There was leftover toothpaste in the bathroom sink and hair in the shower. The wall unit air conditioner kept waking us up throughout the night because it was on and off and loud when coming back on.

However this time around, the breakfast wasnt as impressive as before, didnt like the idea of not having housekeeping every day (had to request maid services the day before) & room on the first floor could have bin better, always stayed in rooms on higher floors!
