Like: 1/ A welcoming email and local area map were sent prior to our arrival to the hotel. 2/ The hotel locates near the shopping and dinning area. 3/ Third party provides the cruise transportation service to the cruise ship with a reasonable price ($20 per person) Not like (need improvement): 1/ While allowing other guests (from the same terminal) boarding the shuttle bus at the airport Terminal 1, the shuttle driver told us to wait for another shuttle because he had to pick up other guests at other terminals and I just called the hotel about 5 minutes before his shuttle arrived at the pickup location. 2/ There were no place to hang the bath towels at the bathroom sink area, on the bathroom door (which separates the sink area and the toilet/ shower area), or in the shower area. 3/ As of today (21 days after staying at the hotel), I have not received the hotel receipt by the email. Noted that after dropping the room access cards into the box, which was placed at the front desk and in the presence of a hotel clerk, I did asked the clerk (more likely it was the hotel manager based on the way she acted!) about the hotel receipt and she said that I would receive it in the email! I have not received anything from the hotel after my stay!

Would have given 5 stars overall, but found the lack of towel racks in bathrooms odd. There was plenty of wall space in shower area for towel racks, and we are OK with reusing towels, but there was no place to hang them. We had to drape over a chair and hang them with pants hangers. It was weird. Otherwise, happy with hotel.
