The hotel was clean but In the process doing some renovations. The staff was friendly. However my room was close to the train tracks and the main road. Both were very noisy and I barely got any rest.

Could’ve been better

The hotel was doing construction which is the first thing you noticed when entering. I was given room 805. The bathroom still had hair on the shower wall from the previous renters who stayed, which makes you wonder if your room is really clean at all .The balcony door was off track which was a big problem since my friend and I were constantly going on the balcony to enjoy the view. The balcony door made so much noise when opening and closing to the point I know it disturbed the other guest nearby. Not to mentioned the shooting that took place 5:00 in the morning nearby which left us with a view of only police cars and lights for most of my Saturday.

I enjoyed my stay other than the construction noise that was taking place for the first night it was unbearable. The property is beautiful! I did not have the time to enjoy the amenities of the hotel, but I definitely will the next time I stay there.

Enjoyable, but issues arose

The hotel staff was very accomodating and helpful. However, there were a few things in my room that needed maintenance. Not only that, but it took over 30 minutes for me to receive the breakfast that I ordered which quite honestly was a very simple breakfast. When I discussed my issues with the respective staff, they were apologetic and receptive to the resolution of my issues. Thus, my issues were resolved in a timely manner.
