First front Counter Rep. Very Rude. The 2 After Her Were Super Friendly. Practically Had To Keep Asking For Clean Towels And Washcloths. Literally About To Go And Purchase My Very Own. Items Was Stolen Out Of Our Room Didn’t Notice Till Wee Hours Of The New Day Upon Leaving Checking Out.

Some of the staff was very pleasant mainly the manager which tried to credit some of the resort fee back for the inconvenience but Housekeeping was the WORST !! I would give them negative stars if possible . Called 3 days in a row and the service was horrible . First day I called for housekeeping they never went. Second day I filed a complaint and they went and only took the trash and towels. Didn’t do the bed , didn’t replace the towels or bring toilet paper . Stayed almost a whole week and had so much garbage in the room because they didn’t have trash bins anywhere on the floor and as I stated housekeeping WOULD NOT COME! Sheets and bed were not changed the whole week I was there !!! Imagine staying in a hotel for a week and garbage of food just pilling up! Would not be staying here again 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

The worst

The worst experience ever. We arrived at 4:30pm. Well after check in time. Our room wasnt ready. We had to wait 2 hours and finally we got a call saying our room is ready. I never experienced anything like this at a hotel. I will NEVER go back there again.

There seemed to be a lack of the usual amenities in the bathroom and kitchen area. What I learned upon checkout was that I could have asked for Kleenex, body lotion, a washcloth, and a coffee maker upon arrival, and they would gladly have gotten those items for me. It’s just annoying that they didn’t mention that upon arrival.

Wouldn’t stay here

My room wasn’t ready for check in , I had to wait 3 extra hours and rearrange my trip , shower was cold water and didn’t get warm . Overall bad experience
