I didn’t like the fact they charge you for the parking it doesn’t make sense. And the elevator smells, they need to put something inside the elevator for that.

Needs upgrades & training W/ customer service

Not a great experience with this place. There was an intermittent drilling sound all day and night. Staff blamed road work until I sent a recording. Apparently the elevator makes this sound every-time its used. It was nearly impossible to sleep. They couldn't move us into a different room and refused to provide a refund. I was given many verbal apologies but not one thing was offered to resolve this issue. Not even a late check out. I was charged extra for parking for whatever reason idk bc I had zero extra guests. The little kitchen was cute, carpet in the bedroom smells like animal and needs to be replaced. Pool is tiny but adorable. The grounds could be fabulous if someone were taking care of it. The location is great, a couple blocks from beach. Lots of loud music all night and people carrying on outside. Although the guests my children and I encountered were friendly. Iguanas running around everywhere but my girls loved that. Bottom line, you get what you pay for. But the place has potential to be wonderful! Pompano beach was gorgeous. Best part!

Doable 2 bedroom apartment at reasonable price

Nice outdoor areas. Tile floors in the unit not clean. No locks on bedroom doors. Not bad for the price. Common areas can be pressure washed. Daily onsite parking I wasn’t aware of. Super slow elevator. I would book again. Love the pool area and picnic area. Half a mile from the beach.

The rooms look much bigger and nicer online. They were tiny and dirty. The building is very old and musty. The grounds were also misrepresented and the pool was a milky white color. The entire place is very small and in need of repair. We only checked in, never stayed even one night, but quickly found other accommodations. All but one night was refunded, since we were past the cancelation period.
