The check in was very well conducted and the receptionist was excellent. We arrived off our cruise very early in the morning and he was able to get us checked in within an hour, a very early check-in

We always stay at this property before we head out for a cruise. Very nice, clean and convenient to the cruise port! The breakfast is very good as well and the staff is very friendly and accommodating!

Ice cold at the hotel

This hotel was SO COLD everywhere. Unbearable in the rooms and the thermastat did not work. We need 4 blankets ! It is a very busy hotel during cruise ship season. Crowded lobby in an area you can’t walk anywhere for dinner. Would NOT STAY GERE AGAIN.

Stayed here for one night with my husband and son. Room was massive, self serve breakfast was great, not too many dining options within walking distance but lots in the area using ride share. The staff at this place are the real stars - BEYOND friendly, so polite and gracious. Would have gladly stayed more nights if we needed to.

Highly Recommend!!!

This by far was the best hotel for us in Fort Lauderdale. Location was perfect and the suite we got for a family of 4 was the best! This will be our go to hotel every time we need a place before or after a cruise
